about

'trytobecool(Zorp IV)' is about being indoctrinated into a toxic environment at birth, lied to, fed propaganda and bullshit your whole life and just PURGING it all in one manic sitting. This song is about being molded into something and then criticized and ultimately abandoned when you try to grow and progress. This song is about wanting to crawl out of your skin and never being able actually be at rest. The lyrics and meaning of the song expand on the ideas presented on the Zorp songs, progressing the transition into mental clarity. This song also represents the second attack on the ego and negativity.
However, the next track is the one that really starts to shift view points and turn the world upside down.

Fun fact:This version of trytobecool is the fourth or fifth iteration that was spawned from many versions that were 80%-90% there. The vocals took the longest to get right and when we added Sherman in the mix we knew he was the proverbial icing on the cake. This is also the next song in the Zorp series.

lyrics

\\\\trytobecool (ZORP IV)////

I'm the problem, I'm always gray
The sense of sour pains keeps the cancer at bay
Bleached clean, still can't save me

I've been coordinated
Operationally embedded
In something I've never laid my eyes on

Can't phase me with a shallow compliment
I don't like to be the subject
Bleached clean, still can't save me

I've been coordinated
Operationally embedded
In something I've never laid my eyes on

(You cannot save me from things that don't phase me)
The vibe from the next room has been leaking in
If I lose all blood accidentally is it still a sin
Your energy is the best way to kill me
